 Site Management Changes
Joining us as new Site Manager is Matt Lubas,
a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), with special experience in landscaping, real estate, and physical plant maintenance. Matt is dedicated to supporting the Board's policy of positive resident service combined with efficient management and maintenance of our community's values.
Site Administrator Laurie Rupp will be continuing to provide support services.
Signature Property Group is engaged by Society Hill to provide these management staffing and support services.
