The Clubhouse

Located at 1 Society Way, the clubhouse features a multipurpose room, lounge with fireplace, kitchen, the Association office, and support facilities for the pool. The office is open 9 - 5 weekdays. Meetings of the Board of Trustees are held here.

With new furniture, carpeting and painting completed, this facility is very attractive and available for daytime dropins. Come take a look!

A bulletin board is available for residents to place postings.

The facility is available for meetings and social activities. It may be rented by residents in good standing for use by up to sixty people for a fee of $100. A refundable security deposit of $300 is also requred. In the event of any damage to the clubhouse, the entire deposit will be retained. Deposits must be made at least ten days before the function. The pool and tennis courts are adjacent, with ample parking.
