Common Area Maintenance

The Association utilizes Signature Construction Services to provide general maintenance of buildings and property. A skilled maintenance person is assigned full time to Society Hill, to provide prompt attention to a variety of tasks as scheduled by the Site Manager. This service does not apply to areas that are the responsibility of unit owners.

Work is scheduled throughout the year. An example of winter activities may be seen here.

Periodic powerwashing of buildings helps maintain appearance. Certain large or specialized projects are handled by  contractors engaged by the Board of Trustees. Such work includes pavement maintenance, snow removal, and lawn and tree work.

The Association also provides certain pest control services at no charge.
